Illuminate STEM Workforce Pathways are designed to support students and emerging professionals as they explore, prepare for, and launch careers in high-demand technology and skilled trades.

Our programs combine hands-on technical training, industry-recognized certifications, mentorship, and career exposure to help participants not only learn — but belong and advance.

Programming is structured across two clear pathways:

Workforce Pathways & Certification Program

Foundation Learning Pathways (Ages 12–16)

Designed to spark interest, confidence, and direction.

Students explore core technical skills while learning how technology connects to real careers. This pathway emphasizes:

Foundational robotics & automation
Coding and computational thinking
Engineering problem-solving
Career exploration & industry awareness
Confidence, teamwork, and identity-building

The goal: early exposure + self-belief + clarity about what’s possible.

Workforce Certification Pathways (Ages 16+)

Built for students and adults ready to skill up and enter the workforce.

Participants receive hands-on training aligned to industry certifications and real employer needs, including:

Robotics Technician & Robot Programming
Industrial Automation & PLC Fundamentals
Drones & FAA Part 107
Additive Manufacturing
Cybersecurity & IT Foundations
Welding & Advanced Manufacturing Technologies
